Privacy Policy
Summary
Fast VPN: Secure Proxy provides a free USA access window without registration. Premium purchases use Google sign-in. Existing accounts can also sign in with email and password. We do not sell personal information and do not keep browsing activity, destination URLs, DNS queries, traffic contents, or VPN connection logs on our servers.
Information processed
- VPN traffic: When you connect, network traffic is routed through the selected VPN server to provide the service. The app does not intentionally record browsing content or browsing history.
- Analytics and diagnostics: Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics may process app interactions, device and app information, approximate diagnostics, and crash reports.
- Advertising data: Yandex Mobile Ads may process advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location derived from network data, and ad interaction data to deliver, measure, secure, and improve advertising.
- Support reports: If you use “Report a Problem,” the name and problem description you enter are sent to our Firebase Cloud Firestore database.
- Premium accounts and purchases: Firebase Authentication processes Google account identity, or email and password sign-in, and a stable user identifier. Passwords are processed by Firebase Authentication and are never sent to our purchase verification service. Google Play handles payments; we do not receive payment-card details. Our verification service receives the Firebase authentication token and Play purchase token, checks subscription status and paid-through expiry with Google Play, and binds access to the subscribing account. It does not log purchase tokens.
- Local data: App preferences, selected server, VPN state, free-access expiry, and technical logs may be stored on your device. Technical logs can be viewed or copied by you from the app.
How information is used
We use information only to operate the VPN, maintain connection state, respond to support reports, measure app reliability and feature use, diagnose crashes, prevent abuse, and provide advertising in the free app.
Service providers
We use Google Firebase for authentication, subscription verification, analytics, crash reporting, and support-report storage, and Yandex Mobile Ads for advertising. These providers process information under their own privacy terms. We do not authorize them to use support-report text for advertising.
Data retention and deletion
Local app data remains on your device until you clear the app data or uninstall the app. Support reports and service-provider data are retained only as reasonably needed for support, security, analytics, legal, and operational purposes. To request deletion of your Premium Firebase account or a support report, contact us with enough information to locate your account or report. Deleting an app account does not cancel a Google Play subscription; cancel it in Google Play first.
Request deletion of your Fast VPN account. Send the request from the email used for your Fast VPN account and include any support-report details you want deleted. We will verify ownership and delete the Firebase account and associated support data, except records we must retain for legal or security obligations. Google Play manages purchase records and subscription cancellation separately.
Security and children
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the service, but no network service can guarantee absolute security. Fast VPN: Secure Proxy is a general-audience utility and is not directed to children under 13.
Your choices
You may stop VPN processing by disconnecting, avoid submitting a support report, reset the app by clearing its data, or uninstall it. Device-level privacy and advertising controls may limit some identifiers.
